A free Google Ads audit, a list of specifics, not a pitch
You give read-only access, we come back in 2–3 working days with what is burning budget, what is missing from tracking and what the account could realistically produce. No fee, no obligation.
What we check
- Campaign structure. Whether campaigns and ad groups map to intent, or everything sits in one bucket.
- Keywords and search terms. Where the money actually goes. This is where we usually find the most.
- Negative keywords: how much you spend on "waiter jobs", "recipe" and "ranking" searches.
- Conversion tracking. Whether calls, reservations and directions are counted at all, and whether they are double counted.
- Location and language settings. The most common silent error: targeting "presence or interest" instead of presence.
- Lost impression share: how much traffic you lose to budget versus to ad rank.
- Profile and website. Because no campaign rescues a profile with three photos and a two-year-old menu.
What you get
A 2–4 page document: findings ranked by impact, concrete recommendations and an estimate of what can be recovered or added per month. Written for an owner to read, not for a specialist.
What the audit is not
No slides about us, no "market potential" chart, no promise of triple-digit growth. If the account is being run well, that is what we will write. It happens, and there is nothing wrong with it.
No Google Ads account yet?
Also a good moment. Instead of an audit we run a quick potential check: what people search near you, roughly what a click costs, what you would need to spend for it to make sense, and whether this time of year is the right time to start at all.
How it runs
1. Access
You grant read-only access to Google Ads and the Business Profile. We change nothing.
2. Analysis
We go through the account by hand, 2–3 working days.
3. Call
20–30 minutes online to walk through findings and questions.
4. Decision
Take the document and implement it yourself, or with us. No pressure.
Questions about the audit
Genuinely free?
Yes. No fee and no "onboarding package" waiting at the end. The document is yours either way.
Will you change anything in my account?
No. Read-only access is all an audit needs and that is how we work. Changes only happen once we agree to work together.
How long does it take?
2–3 working days from access being granted. Multi-location accounts sometimes take 4–5.
What if another agency runs my account right now?
Common situation, and nothing awkward about it. You can grant read-only access without telling anyone. An audit is simply a second opinion.
