Google Ads management for restaurants. Audit to scale
We do one thing well: put your venue in front of people deciding where to eat tonight. Here is exactly what happens inside a client account each month.
Google Search campaigns
The backbone of every hospitality account. We build ad groups around intent rather than around your name: restaurant near me, where to eat in Kraków, steak Kraków, sushi delivery, dinner for two. Plus a brand campaign that stops booking portals from bidding on your own name.
Every group gets its own ad copy, assets (location, call, menu link, reservation) and negative keyword list. Negatives are usually the fastest money you can recover. In accounts we take over they often account for 20–30% of spend that was never going to become a guest.
Performance Max for hospitality
Performance Max covers Search, YouTube, Discover, Gmail and Maps from one campaign. For a restaurant it only works when it is fed properly: real food and interior photography, a short video, audience signals and genuine conversion data. We run it with one asset group per location: one venue, one photo set, one neighbourhood.
Local and Google Maps campaigns
This is where most restaurant demand actually sits. A Maps ad appears while somebody is standing 400 metres from your door deciding where to walk in. We set radius targeting, exclude districts nobody travels from, and count directions and store visits as conversions.
Remarketing and repeat guests
Restaurants live on people coming back. We build audiences from visitors who opened the menu, clicked reserve, or started a booking and dropped out. Reaching them again costs a fraction of winning a new guest.
Conversion tracking. Without it nothing else counts
Before anything goes live we set up GA4, Consent Mode v2 and tracking for the events that matter: phone number clicks, reservation form submissions, handoffs to your booking system (MojStolik, TheFork, widgets), menu PDF opens and "get directions" clicks.
A monthly report a restaurant owner can actually read
One page: what we spent, how many reservations, calls and directions came out of it, what one action cost, and what changes next month. No charts that explain nothing.

Questions about scope
Do you run channels other than Google Ads?
No. Meta, TikTok and SEO are somebody else's job. We do Google Ads for hospitality and nothing else. That is why we are good at it.
Can I start with just one campaign type?
Yes, and usually we recommend it. Under 1,500 PLN a month, a well-built Search campaign plus a local campaign beats everything else. Performance Max comes in once there is conversion data to optimise against.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do. We always work inside the client's own account, never ours. If we part ways, you keep everything including the history.
